Its generous inheritance comes after Kazimierz Jasnocha, Pomeranian artist and painter. Main building, that still occupies outskirts of Jasnochówka was his main mansion and workplace. After his death all the area was reconstructed into a holiday camp.

The time has come and with no refurbishment over the years Jasnochówka can not deliver to what it was designed to. Osada Borsk as an investor aims to revitalize whole area to create one and only in the neighborhood, vivid place that will evoke the best of it. Instead of few dozens of small camping homes, there will be sub 20 new, overlooking waterfront buildings. Top of the pops is the private beach opening the Wdzydze lake to Osada Borsk and Wioska Lotników owners. There will be also construction works on pier, yacht slip and the brige.    

Expected go live date is fourth quarter of 2013.
